We are presently looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Representative to help build the sales pipeline by attracting and qualifying prospects who are looking for modern road safety solutions.
This role plays a critical part in generating leads and collaborating on targeted campaigns to build our customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Researching municipalities and state Departments of Transportation across the US and Canada to find the correct Road and Traffic Safety contacts to talk to.
  • Engaging with your assigned territory of prospects to understand their business and look for opportunities to schedule a meeting for them with our Account Executives.
  • Utilizing Customer Relationship Management system (HubSpot) to track progress, schedule activities, and document relevant information on prospective customers.
  • Contributing to new strategies in marketing and research.
  • Developing email and other marketing campaigns to target prospects.
  • Contributing to booking and revenue targets.
  • Providing visibility and transparency of our pipeline and new business process through regular updates.
  • Some travel to industry conferences/events within US and Canada may be required.
Skills and Experience:
  • BS / BA in business administration or a related field, or significant equivalent working experience.
  • A technical or scientific degree will also be considered.
  • Experience in enterprise B2B or B2G sales.
  • Familiar with CRM software (HubSpot).
  • Proven sales track record.
Nice to have:
  • Fluency in French or Spanish.
  • Background in Transportation.
  • Experience selling to government agencies.
Job Type: Full-time, salary with commission.
Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics or Communications).

Duties:
  • Maintaining a general-purpose code library.
  • Operating and maintaining a data processing pipeline involving multiple stages of data analysis, ensuring proper coordination.
  • Developing tools for internal use.
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of data chart and data dump generation.
  • Assisting in the solution of technical challenges related to the data analysis component.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with Python.
  • Experience with test-driven development.
  • Demonstrates ability to document code thoroughly.

  • Experience programming in C.
  • Experience writing Python extensions.
  • Experience with Matplotlib.
  • Experience with basic computer vision concepts.
