Business Development Representative (Full-Time)

We are presently looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to help build the sales pipeline by attracting and qualifying prospects who are looking for modern road safety solutions.

This role plays a critical part in generating leads and collaborating on targeted campaigns to build our customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Researching municipalities and state Departments of Transportation across the US and Canada to find the correct Road and Traffic Safety contacts to talk to.
  • Engaging with your assigned territory of prospects to understand their business and look for opportunities to schedule a meeting for them with our Account Executives.
  • Utilizing Customer Relationship Management system (HubSpot) to track progress, schedule activities, and document relevant information on prospective customers.
  • Contributing to new strategies in marketing and research.
  • Developing email and other marketing campaigns to target prospects.
  • Contributing to booking and revenue targets.
  • Providing visibility and transparency of our pipeline and new business process through regular updates.
  • Some travel to industry conferences/events within US and Canada may be required.

Skills and Experience:

  • BS / BA in business administration or a related field, or significant equivalent working experience.
  • A technical or scientific degree will also be considered.
  • Experience in enterprise B2B or B2G sales.
  • Familiar with CRM software (HubSpot).
  • Proven sales track record.

Nice to have:

  • Fluency in French or Spanish.
  • Background in Transportation.
  • Experience selling to government agencies.

Job Type: Full-time, salary with commission.

Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics or Communications).

Product Engineer

Brisk Synergies is the leader in cutting-edge traffic safety analytics. We analyze traffic patterns, applying computer vision, AI, and machine learning, in order to measure collision risk and predict incidents before they take place.

We are looking for a product engineer who has experience with both hardware and software part of designing a product.

With the use of the existing software and solutions designed at Brisk Synergies, the ideal candidate will help the R&D team by first designing a proof of concept product that can perform in ideal conditions and then making necessary changes to it to be ready for production.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong hardware development skills.
  • Experience working with cameras and embedded systems.
  • Curiosity to dive into technical details of how things work.
  • Experience with at least one of: Python, C, C++.
  • Experience bringing a product from proof of concept to production.


  • Experience in designing aftermarket gadgets for vehicles.
  • Experience using Nvidia GPUs in a product.
  • Strong software development skills.
  • Experience with image or video processing.
  • Experience with system integration.
  • Experience working with different sensors and communication between them.
  • Familiar with Machine Learning and Computer Vision.
  • Familiar with Linux operating system.

The duration of this role is four months with the possibility of further extension.
