Senior Business Development Manager (Flexible/Part-Time)

Description:

This is a flexible, part-time position, with the potential for full-time after a proven sales track record has been established.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact with new sales leads
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
  • Prospect for potential new clients and convert them this into new business
  • Attend conference and industrial events to establish new opportunities
  • Nurture sales prospects and work them through the sales funnel
  • Develop and manage outbound campaigns
  • Develop quotes and proposals

Skills and Experience:

  • BS / BA in business administration or a related field, or significant equivalent working experience
  • Experienced in enterprise B2B or B2G sales
  • Familiar with CRM software (HubSpot)
  • Proven sales track record

Nice to have:

  • Fluency in French
  • Background in Transportation
  • Experience selling to government agencies

Business Development Representative (Flexible/Part-time)

We are presently looking for a Business Development Representative to help build the Sales pipeline by attracting and qualifying prospects who are looking for modern road safety solutions. This role plays a critical part in generating leads and collaborating on targeted campaigns to build our customer base. The BDR will receive training on Brisk Synergies solutions, our sales processes, and will learn about the growing Surrogate Road Safety industry.

Undergraduates and fresh graduates with a background in Business Administration or Communication are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Researching municipalities across North America to find the correct Road and Traffic Safety contacts to talk to.
  • Engaging with your assigned territory of prospects to understand their business and look for opportunities to schedule a meeting for them with our Account Executives.
  • Utilizing Customer Relationship Management system (HubSpot) to track progress, schedule activities, and document relevant information on prospective customers.
  • Contributing to new strategies in marketing and research.
  • Contributing to booking and revenue targets.
  • Providing visibility and transparency of our pipeline and new business process through regular updates.
